What emails on repeat is

  • A retainer service: I’ll write 8-10 emails for the coming month for at least three months.

  • Emails for nurturing and launching: Selling something? (for Black Friday maybe) I got you. Nurturing and warming up for the next launch? I got you.

  • A repurposing service: You’re the subject matter expert! I’ll turn your expertise (from podcasts, videos, blogs, sales pages, webinars, or summit presentations) into emails.

  • 100% human written: The only AI tool I use is to generate a transcript from your audio — because I read better than I listen (just ask any of my teachers!)

What emails on repeat is not

  • A quick-fix for an audience or offer problem: With a tiny list or an offer that no one wants, it doesn’t matter how good the emails are — they just won’t make a difference.

  • Sales consulting: You’ll have to let me know what you’re selling, although you’re always welcome to book a paid strategy call if you want to talk it through.

  • A mind-reading service: I can’t write emails to promote an offer that isn’t finalised or doesn’t have a sales page yet (tho I could write the sales page you!).

  • Some AI repurposing or outsourced to a VA type output that I slap my name on: These are real newsletters and sales emails written by a real copywriter (ehm, me!)

  • 8-10 emails delivered every month. Emails are in a Google Doc including subject lines, content, and design notes so you can schedule in those emails asap (or let your VA do it).

  • No calls required. My streamlined AF process only required a little input from you.

Why Should I Write Your Sales emails?

If you know you should sell over email but you’re just not doing it… Well you need my help!

This is a quick and easy way to strike a dreaded money-making marketing task off your to-do list. And give it to someone who loves it.

(Oh and I made over $100,000/year for the last 3 years just from sending emails to my own list of under 3,000 awesome subscribers!)

 

Questions you might have

  • Generally everything that's about your work and related to struggles your clients have. Think about:

    • Solo Podcast Episodes

    • Podcast Interviews

    • Summit Presentations

    • YouTube Videos

    • Blog Posts

    • Webinars

    • Sales Pages

    I do require the audio file or transcript for any videos.

  • There are no length limits but there is a "makes sense" limit. If you say 12 amazing things on a 60-min podcast, I can (and over time I will) turn that into 12 nurture emails.

    If you have done 8 podcast interviews on exactly the same subject, I probably won't be able to turn that into a years' worth of content.

    Also I can't repurpose or promote things that don't exist (if there is no final file, a Google Doc sales page or webinar slides can help me write promotional emails).

    Again, it's more of a "makes sense" limit.

  • If you loosely know what you'll be promoting and working on in the next 90 days that will be highly beneficial for you.

    That way I can write emails that relate to the offer(s) you'll be selling.

  • My tech gremlins will send you a form to leave all of your offer details, some of the things I need to know are:

    ✓ If you’re running a sale, just need regular newsletters, or what else is coming up

    ✓ Link to the relevant assets (sales page, landing page, etc.)

    ✓ If there's anything special or time-bound coming up.

    I'll send you a form for you to submit all of this easily.

  • 2 weeks after your form is due. If your form is due one the first Monday of every month, I'll send you your copy 2 weeks later.

  • Once you've submitted your form and I've confirmed the emails I'll write for the coming months with you, I start writing.

    This means that any brilliant new ideas after that will have to wait to next month ;)

  • I’m going to brag for a sec because this doesn’t really happen... However, I want you to be ecstatic with your copy (and then tell all your friends!) So if you feel like we can do better, we’ll hop on a 30-min edit call together to polish your copy.

    You don’t have to turn on your camera if you don’t want to, it’s just easier to screenshare and polish up the copy while we both look at the same doc!

  • If you're on this page we've either worked together before or someone you trust has recommended me. I don't take that trust lightly.
